I didn't sleep for crap last night, bad anxiety and limbs kept falling asleep, horrible stomach/back pains, woke up bad anxiety and out of reality, bad head pressure.

did a coffee enema upon waking, feel much more relaxed, no anxiety, just some trapped gas in my stomach i think causing some pain. but feel much better with just an enema, if I keep doing it i'm sure i'll feel better and better.
