I had a nice conversation last night and copper came up. I realized I had not taken my chlorophyll in many months so prior to going to sleep I dosed down a good four tablespoons and cannot believe the difference I feel this am, better than I have in months.
The problem with supplementation to remember is that it can definitely throw off other nutrients in the body, use of zinc for any length of time is always needing a balance of copper. Go buy a bottle of chloropyll and enjoy!
I'm so relieved to have been reminded of this. Thanks Trapper!
