The Amish healer had a man that lost most of his lungs to smoking over 15 years ago and he refused to do most anything natural, so the Amish clinic owner suggested 1 tablespoon of cayenne sauce with each meal 3X tablespoons daily 7 days a week for life. Most his lungs had been surgically removed, now many years later he is alive and doing well, a matter a fact this was just published by the Amish healer as he writes in a small paper called the Plain Intterest, you will also find the young Amish couple reselling my dewormer there and they call it Worms Begone, they average 50-70 bottlers per week. The cayenne sause has vinegar and something else in it, it would be simple to make as well. Cayenne stimulates and prolongs life this manner, BUT and this is a BIG BUTT, stimulation burns your candle at both ends, so this is the reason it is forbidden when your wanting an alkaline body.

YES, Christopher used hot African Bird Pepper in the LBB and this hurt the stomachs of many of my Amish women customers and each time I reduced the amount and use the least hot cayenne available. "IF" I had my choice, I would leave it out, but I do not like removing from a Christopher formula, I would rathure add olive leaf to mellow his formulas out. Just as Christopher did, I listen to my customers and perfect the formula as time goes, he did this all his life.
