Thank you for getting back to me. Actually I have read some of your posts and I was hoping you would be one of the ones to respond to mine so thanks a lot especially doing so during the holiday season.

So I guess I will take Humanworm (I think I do 3 months at a time) and do Barefoot's Dewormer at the same time or maybe while off the Humanworm. Sounds like I need to do this long term. I guess I would start Dr. Schultz's formula 1 and 2 at the same time, plus take a good probiotic and take Syclovir. I know Syclovir is expensive but it does work for me to some degree. I think I had 3/4's of my candida under control and I just couldn't do the diet anymore so here I am again doing it. I quite often would get frustrated and give up the diet after 3 months. Now I know I can't do that. I have to expect to be on this diet long term. Since my Candida is particularly hard to get rid of I want to do Syclovir and the herbs in the above products for a double whammy. I have tried a sinus rinse before with salt but it does nothing. That's why I want to try CS. I feel with Syclovir I may have gotten rid of it in my intestines but it wouldn't get rid of the sinuses completely so I think the sinuses would just reinfect me. I think I would like to take Zymex 11 as well for the parasites.

I honestly don't know if I have parasites or not. I've just read a few times that if you have Candida you likely have parasites too. Why is that? Sadly I've had Candida for 25 years approx. I think the first 15 years I thought I always got rid of it but I think it has always stayed with me. It wasn't until I found out about the 'spit test' that I could tell whether I had it or not. Some don't believe in that test but I do as when I took Syclovir before my spit test improved. One of the reasons for doing a parasite cleanse aside from having Candida all this time is I'm always hungry. I don't know if this is from parasites or if it's from the Candida as it robs you of your nutrition making you feel hungry. I can feel hungry after eating a meal and my stomach gurgles like crazy. I believe I probably have Leaky Gut Syndrome. I did 1 or 2 rounds of Dr. Natura (Colonix and Toxin Out). It is very expensive and I felt no different and saw no parasites so gave up on it.

For the Dewormer at oldfashionspices.com which one is it? I click on Dewormer on the far left of the website and then there are a few options? Is it the first one, the 16 P/W? All the others I'm not sure what they are and the description isn't very good.

I will also try the Pau d' arco tea again and look into Schultz' tea.

Can you do the Coke flush with Diet Coke? I really don't want to take the sugar because of Candida though I know aspartame isn't good either.

I tried making cultured foods (cabbage) and didn't like it. :( I got the starter from Body Ecology. I haven't tried Kombucha though. I have wanted to try it. And I guess I could try Rejuvelac and Kefir. So these drinks taste anything like cultured cabbage?

I'm thinkking of trying Intramax also which has ionic minerals in it I believe.

I have done the Celtic sea salt in water. Didn't do much for me. I know I'm lacking magnesium. My calves cramp all the time when I want to stretch. Or I get leg cramps. I did magnesium and it helps a little but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not absorbing most of my nutrients.

I guess I could try enemas too though not looking forward too that!

I've been sick since I was 15 and I'm almost 43 now. I don't understand why my body won't respond. I've done everything and taken everything under the sun. I've also looked at all avenues for hypothyroidism and also tried supporting the adrenals (I crave salt a lot and I'm ALWAYS tired). I try and be positive but it's hard seeing everyone else having normal lives while my is turned upside down in all ways affecting relationships (lack of cause I'm too sick) or finances. For the most part I'm upbeat and people can't believe how I cope but maybe I'm just use to it. Sometimes I get really upset then I just think well my health could be worse. It's just hard dealing with a chronic illness this long. I just finished doing 3 months of chinese medicine with acupuncture with no results. It was very expensive. You wouldn't believe how much money I've spent to get well!

I hope to learn to meditate, do yoga and chi gong and see if that helps. Connecting the mind and body is good.
