Anecdotally, based on reading so many peoples opinions, often contradictory or nearly always contradictory, which I guess helps broaden my perspective and ground me some...

"Tha Net" has come to the conclusion, that I have some pancreatic problems, some metabolism problems, and well obvious GI problems, but its a chicken egg argument.

But, at this point there seems to be no dissent against the fact that all diseases start in the gut. I mean if you put something there that does not go there - like PAH's, dioxin, glyphosate, and so forth. But, I guess also, starches that are intolerable, like certain legumes even.

I think maybe even though that is the case, if I do not step in and try to fix my thyroid/thymus/adrenal/metabolism problem, the gut is too weak to heal on its own.

But I think I am at the point where I need to read up on the Pancreas, Liver, exercise, hormones, and how different nutrients affect those.

Or I have even thought to research the etiology of morbid obesity. Morbid obesity is a complex disease, and needless to say, it permanently damages you, quite badly.
