Whatever damage done by stimulants, poor nutrition, obesity, diabetes, candida and other germs, herbs is a good bit. So I am hoping it could be fixed.
It is strange that these herbs and this summer caused my mind to become so impaired, with this vice like irritating headache in that specific spot.
I am not sure it cleared up in October as well as I thought it did. I think I was eating OK, but I still drank some Yerba mate. I do know that it got rid of the pain in my temple.
It had to have helped some.
Some degree of fat burning, muscle building, fasting, allergy avoidance will at some point make my thyroid and adrenals start acting better, regardless of how bad off they are.
This is what I assume makes the brain work better.
I am just trying to starve out these bugs without starving out myself. Not sure if I have inflammation in my head, or if it is just really severe nutrient impairment caused by something like candida. I read candida gets in the brain which is a bit scary.
More likely nutrient deprivation. Probably vit D among others.
But the headache really makes me wonder. This Science is essentially rocket science, so my guesses are not much to put faith into. They sound good, but can still be totally wrong.
Exercise, liver flushes, raw veggie juice, are all going combat really severe illnesses because they charge up the immune system and circulation. I know that. And that can get nutrients and blood to places to regenerate damage. I believe that much.
I firmly believe though, if you have some pretty bad poisons in you, environmental, etc. and you do not understand metabolism biochemistry, liver, lymphatics, endocrine, GI tract, etc you are gonna miss out on how to get these things out of you. Well, more specifically how those systems affect each other. It is their interrelations that form the basis of science which doctors use to explain why certain cleansing, nutrition, exercise work. I feel like I need to know more of this if I want to get better.
