MC Day 7 - Leg Boils

I wanted to post this because I thought it was kind of cool. I hit Day 7 today and have gotten some big zits or boils on the front of my legs, just below the knees. I don't think I can ever remember having a zit on my leg before. One of them is quite hot and swollen and they are all oozing a bit.

Put some Bentonite clay on them to help draw the toxins out.

Just thought it was worth posting about.

And I still can't believe I feel this good without food for 7 Days.
