Underlying Cause ?

Happy new year, and i hope everyone feels a little better. Keep the faith up, its all we have.
Just a quick question. I now believe that with Candida, there must be an underlying cause to make the candida overgorw in the first place. I have been on Diflucan, everyday for a month. 150mg once aday. And now down to taking only one pill a week for maintenance. I feel about 50% better, but can feel what i think is the underlying cause still active in my body whatever it is. So this is what i am trying to figure out. I have done 3 Parasite Humaworm extra strength in the past. And recently had the Metametrix, and the Genova tests done, and it showed no parasites. So i am now thinking that parasites were not the cause.
The only thing i can think of, that started all this was drinking ACV. It was the store bought crap, about two tablespoons mixedin water once a day. Other than that, it was a normal life for me. Does ACV kill your good biotics, thus allowing the Candida to overgrow ???
All the testing i have done shows everything normal, except SLIGHTLY low on probiotics. I have been taking probiotics for about a month now, and still dont feel like i am getting anywhere.
One of my new symptoms, that i have had for about 2 months now is sinus headaches, and a soar throat. Flushinf sinus's and gargling with salt water isnt doing anything.

Any thoughts ????
