blocked bile duct?! Think I now have Jaundice!

I think my incomplete flush may have resulted in a blocked bile duct or something like that. The reason I am saying this is because I am feeling nausea a lot of the time, especially after eating food and this has become worse than before (I get some heart pain too though i read that this may be due to gallbladder mimicking angina?)
I get periodic pressure pains in the lower right region of the stomach and it feels like something is bloated in there..

There seems to be some staining that has appeared in identical places on the whites of both eyes so I am afraid it might be jaundice as a result of blocked bile duct? Please see the photo!

I have ordered epsom salts and hope to get them in the next two days.
Can i just use epsom salts to open up the bile ducts or do i need to do a proper flush? Bearing in mind I wont be able to do a proper flush till the weekend.

Shall I just go to the hospital?!

Also I have to be careful when using Apple Vinegar to soften the stones because of its 5% acidic value which could affect the erosion of my stomach lining which caused me to spit out a bit of blood before(i have had a reoccurance today).

Not to mention the narrowed artery in the brain...

This is so frustrating...I have multiple problems meaning trying to fix one can affect the other!
