Re: dog and tapeworms!

Do not worry I will never return to that vet.
They should warn owners not to sleep with their animals too and I doubt most even think that we can contract parasites from them. Pets are one of the main reasons we get some in the first place.
Getting rid of our long hair toy dog isn't going to happen.
I will never get another pet though. I have had so many pets in my lifetime and the only parasite I ever considered them having was heartworms.
The vets never say a word about worms and just left it up to me only puppies were dewormed for sure.
