I'm glad there are others out there that find that the Lord asks them to do hard things. I would really think something is wrong with me big time if that were not the case. I can kind of see the other side though. We want to make sure the hard thing we are doing is His idea and will. If it is not, the thing will be even harder to do. If it is His will, He will help us through it. Didn't Jonah end up in a fish's belly for going against God? I feel like He sent me there too if I may use the analogy.


Thank you for your prayers. I really feel the effects. Weakness has not set in yet. Thank God as I have so much to do. I am blessed not to have all these headaches, nausea etc. others complain about on the first few days. However, I know that it will be coming as I continue. I am really not looking forward to that. When this happens I will probably be switching to juice or something on days that I have to work. My only side effects so far are I feel a little tired and hunger comes and goes. That's what is called an easy fasting day. :) I wish they could all be this easy.

I am trying to keep my mind focused on the Lord and prayer as I go about my work. I wish I didn't have so much to do, but things have to get done. I know the only way I will make it through will be to feast on the Lord. He will be my daily bread.
