Re: Oil ?

I liked his video's, he made me smile. I had the same experience with all the oils, but I was not a vegetarian.
So I ate a more American diet and my salad with olive oil
Afterwards I stopped and used lemon juice on my salad instead.
Like it is with most things in life there is somewhere a healthy middle and don't go overboard with any diet.

Many years ago someone told me a lot of people who grew up
during WW2 had a healthy start since there was not much food. We mainly ate sugarbeets, fruit and veggies and at the end of the war fried tulip bulbs. The tulip bulbs we
thought at that time were delicious but I have no idea
if they were healthy, but it was better than nothing.
So the study of the diet in 1950 makes sense to me.
