i've used both before, and they both have helped me. peroxide is stronger than biochlor dox, but i experienced soem die off with biochlor dox as well, which meant, it also worked.

i would encourage you to use both in rotation. take bio chlor dox for 4 - 6 days, then take the peroxide. in fact, i'd encourage you to include other anti-fungals in your rotation such as oil of oregano, neem, caprylic acid, etc.

the yeast is extremely tenacious, morphing and becoming immune to anti-fungals after a certain amount of time. to keep the yeast from becoming resistant to your anti-fungals, rotate them.

also, probiotics are a must. while the anti-fungals kill the candida, probiotics seal your gut and keep the candida from returning. probiotics in the form of home-made kefir are what i found to be the most effective. take the probiotics separately from the anti-fungals. for instance, take the anti-fungals in the morning, and lunch time, and take probiotics before going to bed. you don't want them being killed of by the anti-fungals. to answer your question, yes, peroxide kills off both good and bad flora, and some of the other anti-fungals do too. to mitigate that, just take the probiotics away from the anti-fungals.
