You guys seem to know your stuff, so here are some good questions.
I once took enzyme/hcl/ox bile supplement for about 5 months straight. I took at one point before, a bottle of enzymes without ox bile before. I absolutely discerned that I only did well with the kind with the ox bile. The issue is, I had to stop taking any digestive aids. My problems were getting worse, and I believed the fillers, hcl, and synthetic enzymes were contributing to my dysbiosis.
My thoughts
Hcl- contributes to excess blood acidity
enzymes- lab made, questionable, alter natural absorption in lower bowels because of predigesting things meant to be digested by gut flora
cellulose- feeds pathogens
But the ox bile I believe genuinely was helping.
I do not "know" that I have copper toxicity, but when dozens of curezone members suggest that you do, well yea.
It is GREAT to hear that there are plants that are copper antagonists, I will look into black raddish and others.
This is my issue however, what exactly is a copper dump?
I feel as though for about the last 6 months, I have suffered severe detox symptoms from multiple heavy metals and pesticides, and that in fact it is the cause of my now totally impaired digestion and chronic fatigue and unfunctional memory capacity. However, I have IBS. Not diarrhea. So if I drink even a tiny 4 ounce cup of coffee/tea (caffeine I know, I know..), I am going to empty my bowels of whatever is in there. So food never stays in me long, ( and fruit juice does this as well as caffeine) and it always appears absolutely undigested, just pitifully digested.
This and the connection to my chronic fatigue and past need for ox biles to help me eat more (it is a struggle to hit the 1500 cal mark, and I am a 22 year old 180 lb man) is a sign that something is not right my billaries/enzymes/pancreas/metabolism/lymphatic system/gaul bladder/liver.
Let me explain what herbs and supplements probably caused a severe case of metal redistribution in me- thus leading to sudden onset of memory incapacity, seeming hypoadrenal hypothyroid function.
I was taking literally about 25 different supplements-consisting of over 60 herbs. But in particular
Magnolia, Phellodendron, Schizandra, Cordyceps, Rhodiola, Yerba Mate, Green Tea, Fish Pills (ray peat says these are bad for digestion and cause ulcers), enzymes, Ashwagandha, Curcumin.
I was concerned to say the least, with the halogen, cadmium, and aluminum contents potentially in those herbs. They also, pharmalogically speaking, are notorious for mobilizing metals or increasing metabolism-thus indirectly doing so.
But I do not know if any of you have ever heard of the SCD diet used for the treatment of a lot of mental disorders and learning disabilities, but it talks about how culluloses and complex starches feed pathogens. They say chlorella and algea do it badly as well.
Well I always have bad reactions to algae, so this seems like it may be true. In particular, I got these really intense headaches, which I found so unusual. I did not consider this "detox" after the 5th week of wondering whether I was going to drop dead.
Anyone have any familiar experiences to this? Is there anyway I can get my stomach to digest more food? Looking into Dr. Wilson and HTMA, glandulars from nutri-meds, and a chiropracter.
