Throat tightening, hypoglycemia, mold exposure, please help!!

I'm desperately in need of some guidance. I'm a young female that has trouble swallowing/throat tightening in addition to low blood sugar. This difficulty swallowing basically feels like my throat is tightening or closing up and it makes it very hard to get food down. It flares up and kind of goes away sometimes, but for the most part it makes it very hard to eat regularly. It also seems to get much worse with certain foods and at nighttime (around 5-6 PM until I go to sleep) On top of that I suffer from low blood sugar-- when I don't eat I get shaky, nervous, heart palpitations, short of breath, etc. So this is a very difficult situation to be in right now..

Some background: I recently left a home (6 months ago) infested with serious mold.. Could this be related? I'm concerned this is a fungal infection, candida or even an allergic reaction to food/air quality, etc.

If anyone has any guidance or advice, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm at my wits end with this situation because I cannot eat at times -- just last week I had to go to the hospital because my blood sugar had dropped low since I hadn't eaten in nearly two days.. They did a swallow study where I drank barium and they x-rayed me and they found nothing wrong with my actual swallowing mechanism.
