Re: 30 day cleanse

hi there,
i've already started but am doing a very short one this time, as a long one is not possible in my life at this time. i know it's not according to prescription, but i am only doing 6 days or so; however - i am here!

i should add, i usually don't do very long cleanses at all. this is my 5th cleanse. the longest i have been able to achieve is 11 days, usually about the 7 days though.

i am very healthy, active and do this once or twice a year to reset myself. my family isn't that supportive of this activity, so i have alot of tasks that i find difficult to achieve while cleansing (i.e. preparing multiple meals a day)
