important info. re: oil pulling: duration

According to Andreas Moritz ("The amazing liver and gallbladder flush", among other books, and a wondeful archived forum on curezone...) it is NOT
20 minutes --- this is a big error. It is (optimally) 3-4 minutes, or until the oil thickens and whitens. After that, it will become thin again, and at that point ( the thinking goes) the body has reabsorbed the toxins from the mouth...
so he advises two to three times a morning, BUT,
ONLY going 3-4 minutes a time.

Having done it a few ways, I can say I intuitively (strongly) feel he is correct. Also, the type of oil is relevant, imv. If Sesame doesn't 'feel' right, try olive oil, or sunflower.
It may be that coconut oil (cold-pressed, organic, as with any oil used) is a good one too.

on timing...
I think we tend to always want to speed "detox", once we get a hold of the idea of taking out health into our own hands...

anyway, less is more, in this instance, imv
