Re: Burning Sensation & Low PH?

I drink A LOT of water. I try to drink at least 64 oz. of filtered water a day and that does not include my tea. I will look up the electrolyte mix on here. Will lemon water help at all?
I actually bought PH strips last night and started using them today. The urinalysis I had done was at like 3 in the afternoon but that was after fasting. I was drinking water though. I tested it this morning when I woke up and it was between a 5 & 6, so still low according to what I've been reading. I also did my saliva upon waking up and it was between a 5 & 6. Do you know if that means anything?

The sourness and tightness feelings describe it well. Maybe the burning I am feeling is in my stomach so bad that I feel it radiating in my body. I tried to describe the feeling to my husband and I came up with "rotten" and "poison". My muscles are very weak and almost have an icy hot type of feeling in them. My joints are also a mess and my neck is killing me.

I had an upper endoscopy done last year and they didn't find anything. My gastro doctor actually ordered another for me but he is waiting on the results of my echo to come back before he wants me to do it.
The white stuff just looks like yeast. I would post a picture but it is pretty gross. I've had the same stuff in other areas (not to be too graphic) and it looks the same. it just worries me that it is coming from my throat. I don't have thrush and I can't see the white when I open my mouth. I feel like it is deep down in there and the lemon water is helping to bring it up.



I decided to stop the oregano oil because I feel as if it was adding to the inflammation. After taking it, I could literally taste the oregano coming from my teeth about an hour later if that makes any sense.

Is it possible that I have leaky gut as well? When I was still living in the moldy apartment, I had an intestinal permeability test done and I at the complete opposite of leaky gut. My doctor put me on enzymes, HCL and anti-fungals and it is has been over a year. Is it possible that I have been doing this stuff for too long and I'm now on the leaky gut side of things?
As soon as I see this new doctor I will see if she can do this test again for me.

This is so frustrating!!

I also suspect mold at my job. I can smell it when I walk in here. What is a small amount to others and may not effect them at all is definitely having an effect on me. I swear I feel like this mold is chasing me.

I hope I get better one day....
