no more alkiline baths. exzema is all about body skin PH!!!

strong alkline kill microbes faster than acid, BUT, your skin is damadged, and you'll see the worst coming, worse than antibiotics.

try vinegar bath! not apple cider vinegar, just plain white vinegar.

probiotic with lactic acid bacteria only.

I made lots of mistakes too.the worst mistake is alklines.

heavy metal also kills microbes fast, but at the same time, your body can not absorb the metals it needs, so the skin lost it's defense. so avoid heavy metals.

fish liver oil with VD, VB with VC are all good to add to the lotion.
