I have heard both sides and think a slow approach is wise with removing fillings and detoxing. I chose to do a slow copper/metal detox over the last 6 months instead of diving head first and trying to do it faster. I am so glad I did.

I have read that even Dr. Mercola wishes he didn't get all his fillings out. I think doing it in a weakened state is a bad idea and can result in death. Even just detoxing too fast can kill ya. The liver can only handle a certain amount of toxins and overloading is when you start feeling bad. I didn't want to feel worse than I already did. If I get my fillings removed it will be when I am stronger and one at a time.
