We can do the diet .But i always think about what makes me EAT STUFF I SHOULD NOT BE EATING and thats when i have a stressful day meaning that this day consist of people say i stink all day or i have herd somebody say something like what smell like sht or in my case i work at a school the kids tell their parents im the one stink so bad thin i get angry hold my tongue so ill have a job and god forbid if the left overs from Sunday dinner is in frig comfort food and junk food makes me feel better why i dont know but after im done eating a little voice says you will pay tomorrow and thin i will say i have been paying for this now for 6 years so one more pay day wont make me or break me . And the next day comes and thin im angry at my self does anybody else think or feel this way ?
