When you are trying to rebuild your body from being quite sick, I think it takes a lot of concentrated minerals. Sick people are very deficient in them. MH has so many good products with the ionic minerals in them. Ask him about the products he has that are high in minerals. All of his products have the ionic minerals.

They are VERY concentrated. Put 6 drops in water. No matter where you get your plant processed ionic minerals, the body knows what it needs and will excrete the rest. Our bodies are very smart.

Fruit is an excellent food to get your minerals from. I also recommend the super green foods like spirulina for the B 12 and protein that is contained in them. The are also detoxifying. Find a place to get the spirulina where it is harvested away from any nuclear problems. Sick bodies need the protein and all this stuff to get well again. Then, after well, it's easy to stay that way, but correct the deficiencies right now.
