i would also add 3000mg of vitamin C. once i started that, i fetl a ton better.. but each time i up my does, i have symptoms again. i always come out on the other side feeling even more better. some ppl have immediate results and some dont have any for a couple of months. the key is consistency and deication. it takes thought and time to make sure u are supplementing and taking the companions and avoiding tap water and bottled water and bad foods.
i have the fibro and cfs stuff but i think it was/is really thyroid related more than anything..which was caused by toxicity and heredity. my mom has thryoid issues and my numbers fluctuated for yrs but my doc refused to treat me or do the right tests so i gave up on her and here i am...feeling better than i have in yrs. i dont expect it to make me 100% better in a month or two. i have felt like death for 7 yrs so im guessing it will take a while..but i feel better and better each day. ;)
