The Cult of Ignorance............

I've been very apolitical all my life cept for the last few years with the global collapse I started informing myself from a non partisan perspective and seeing things from a logical humanitarian point of view devoid of any "isms".

To preface the following paragraph I would like to ad that I sincerely hope that my "personal" experiences that have "colored" my perspective is more of an isolated thing though when I look at current events at large I still see lots of commonality that assert and verify what I have witnesed.

On this road I've dealt with a number of Republican zealots (fanatics) and have had some exchanges with them and being an independent thinker and not affiliated with any political parties I've always presented my point from a logical non partisan intellectual level. In my "personal experience" what I have found is a party full of sexist, racist, homophobic, hate mongering fanatics that just blindly parrot political rhetoric or resort to ad_hominem attacks and their arguments resort to building straw men instead of approaching any argument from within anything resembling intelligence or logic. Then as a last resort in their ignorance blinded by unabashed hate all they can resort to is calling Commie or Socialist anything that doesn't conform to their blind fanatical partisan rhetoric.
