Head Pressure after Liver Flush

I am looking for any help I can get...I did a liver flush last Friday. I drank 4 ounces of fresh lime juice in 32 ounces of water throughout the day and then did a liver flush: 6 ounces of lime/grapefruit juice and 4 ounces of evoo. It was by far the largest flush I have ever had (I have done probably 12 liver flushes so far), however the next morning I had and still have (Wed) enormous head pressure and vague neck ache. It almost feels like my head will explode. I am very irritable and very foggy brained and panicky. I feel like I could spazz out at any time. I feel like I have toxic brain. The one thing I did different with this flush besides drinking 4 ounces of lime juice during the day, was that I took a lot of Milk of Magnesia in the early morning hours to make sure I would have a bowel movement after the liver flush. I am not healthy to begin with but this extreme head pressure and panicky feeling seem to stem from this past liver flush. Any suggestions on what I can do...I am really contiplating going to the hospital and getting panicky this could be a brain tumor or something. Thanks :(
