I didn't take any psylium last night because the right side of my mid/lower back had a dull ache which I suspected was a colon issue. I've felt kidney pain before and this was different - plus, this morning the ache has shifted more to mid/lower back, along with a heaviness in the pit of my belly and some bloating. Little twinges here and there; only able to pass a bit of gas. I want to squeeze myself and push it all out! :( At least SOMETHING is going on in there.
