I think it is best to stay with the gentler methods with these worms. People with weakened immune systems sometimes develop larval migrans if they use strong doses of either herbs or meds. You could start with H. Clark's 3 herbs or Clarkia and then go on to herbs that are more effective against intestinal worms.
