Re: Day 6 Water fast, still extremely weak

Lol this is my first time fasting ever, not my third time this month. You must have gotten my post mixed up with someone elses haha.

I cannot imagine how I got the posts mixed up as I can't even find the one mentioning 3 fasts within a month.  I must stop posting late at night!

However what you said about exercising makes a lot of sense, because i noticed if I have to do something such as going to the store, if i get up and start walking, after a couple minutes it is manageable. I will try that out- light exercise i'm assuming is what you mean, like walking or stretching. Theres no way I could do anything more than that at this stage. Thank you for your advice because it makes a lot of sense.
