help for an abscess whose infection has spread to the jaw bone ...please help

dear community,

i apologize if this question has been asked before...
i very much need to ask of everyone, for any remedies, topical or systemic, that might be able to clear an infection that has spread to the jaw bone from a dental abscess... if anyone could please share their advice with me, i would appreciate it so much, i am so scared...

:::if you can only help with the above part, please do, and skip the rest, but if you have a little more time and might be able to read, i also would welcome advice on...

what i should do, in a larger sense, for teeth that - as a child i had neglectful parents who never taught me to brush, and i certainly didnt have good nutrition in place, and as a result, every one of my teeth is filled (which i certainly dont want in my mouth, but these days i feel it is more critical that all the structures of my teeth are compromised and, probably letting bacteria creep in where the fillings are and, fester, and, i am so scared what that can do the heart, etc...) and one has been root canaled, and

...i've read about how nutrition can heal teeth, but i have the impression that might be more for keeping teeth healthy and less for, once they have been filled...

don't you wish there was a way to regrow the part of your own natural teeth that had been drilled out by dentists?! :)

...if i ever get to "fix" my teeth, i'm not sure if i should attempt to have all these fillings just replaced, and, for example with the area that's now abscessed, i'm not sure how many teeth could be affected and i think, to root canal even one tooth (let alone several!) would be bad, so do you think i should just have ...so many... teeth pulled? :( i want to hear what you all think...
