I went through this and then I would get exhausted. I had to stop even cure zone and other support groups, was stressing over others to much and that was effecting me greatly. Plus I had to give up FB games that would challenge me, took every thing out of me to play them. It took me a few months after being on DR. Larry Wilson's protocol to be able to get back on cure zone. I still have problems watching any movies that contain violence or harm to others. I could feel the tension growing in my adrenals. With trying to heal, I know I will never heal them if I watch such things.
