I visited the endocrinologist today and I must say he was a nice dr. Who was willing to listen about my Mirena horror story. He didn't judge or think I was crazy (or at least didn't make it obvious to me that he thinks I'm crazy) but he listened and tried to find solutions as to why I feel so bad. He says my thyroid is enlarged (hypothyroidism) after a physical exam but would like to perform an ultrasound to make sure bc my blood test says its normal. He was more concerned about my red blood cell levels and Vitamin D levels being really low so he prescribed me Vitamin D and iron pills. He claims I should feel more energetic within the next 3 wks. If only I can get rid of the extreme exhaustion and the anxiety and vertigo I think I could live with the other symptoms like digestion problems....acid reflux and bloating feelings. No...i just thought about it my digestion problems needs to get better too!! At times thats hard to deal with. I just want to get back to work!!!! Healed!!! But thus far, God has been providing!!! Thank You!!! :-) going into my 4th year so maybe I on my way to feeling healed. Thanks 4 the words of encouragement...about 4 yrs. Recovery!! Better late than never!!! :-)
