Hi. I suspect, then, that there's all kinds of food and drink that worms don't like (different for every variety of worm) that we don't view as parasiticides, but just plain food. For example, pumpkin seed. Why would pumpkin seed kill, stun or discharge worms! So, I likely ate something that may be unpleasant for roundworms without knowing it and then the enemas scraped it out.

I KNOW it's wrong, but I keep thinking of worm infestation as something you find in muddy, poor African villages, not here in clean old North America, where somebody "nice" like me shouldn't have worms. I have to get over this; anyone else have this mental problem?

When after some liver flushes I discharged quite a few of those little red tubes (remnants of flukes) it didn't get me all upset because they don't look like worms. But worms that look like worms...ugh.

What do you hit your worms with? Just curious!
