I would also recommend going to the sauna three times a week. If your body is damp, you need to get some of the toxins out. How? Through sweating! I finally have my own sauna (but used the gym's before), and it has helped me out so much.

As for yeast infections, last year I got a lot of those. Fortunately by changing my diet to the strictest I could possibly make it-no yogurt, no fruit whatsoever, I was finally able to rid myself of the yeast infections. What I did for my yeast infections is I took a small clove of garlic wrapped it in a paper towel, then covered the paper towel in olive oil and then inserted it into my vagina.
This worked sufficiently for me-not outstanding, but enough to get by and not do my body more harm.
This may sound weird but I've also used coconut oil. As a person who occasionally will just have an ''itch'' down there due to dryness on one day of my cycle due to where my hormones are currently at, I'm able to sooth my vagina by putting the coconut oil in it. It also helps with jock itch. Bentonite clay is also great for jock itch, just fyi incase anyone is looking for something to relieve that.
The coconut oil works because it does kill bacteria, so while it sooths the ''itch/uncomfortable dryness etc'' it also is killing some of the bacteria in there.
