I can see why it might appear that it's best to leave them alone, but in my own experience, once they have taken hold, they will do alot of long term damage behind the scenes. I want to be totally healthy, and if something is inside of you stealing your nutrients and causing you not to absorb what you eat, it's impossible reach this goal.

I take garlic several different ways. I can smash it, then dice it up and take on a spoon washed down with water. I use a garlic press and press into juice or a spoon of yogurt. Sometimes I take in a couple of bites of mashed potatoes. Regardless, I never taste or chew it.
I take 2-4 cloves several times daily, sometimes 4-5 times. It used to make me dizzy and nauseaus, but that was just in the begining. Now it has no effect on my stomach. It takes 3-4 days to start getting the worms out with this method, in my experience. I think this is why others say it does not work, they don't stick with it long enough, or think if they don't see them in a couple of days, they don't have them.
It's my own fault I'm still infected. I always stop treatment when I'm better, eager to stop smelling and enjoy my remission. I've tried herbs for maintenance and it helps with symptoms, but then start garlic again and get dead worms out again.
I recently got out so many dead worms with centaury herb, it seemed impossible to have any more. But now that I am on garlic again, I'm getting big ones out. It's crazy, I'm not a big person, I don't know how I can have this many left in me. This is how I know many are infected, and those who think they are gone, must still have them. I look healthy, all major symptoms are gone, and the only thing that seems to dig deep and bring them out is garlic, otherwise I would not see them.
