I can't tell you much about zeolite since I haven't used it.

The primary methods I've used have been the Cutler Protocol (DMSA and ALA) and Cilantro/Chlorella. They've both helped me. They both have good and bad points.

Other people have used Bentonite Clay and DMPS, but I haven't, so I wouldn't like to comment on them.

The most important things with chelation are:

1. You should find out all you can about the different methods before you try one. Chelating has some risk, so you should make sure you follow what other people have done successfully. Haphazard chelating can hurt more than it helps.

2. Oral chelation should be done every 3-4 hours, including at least once in the middle of the night. This should be done for at least 3 days. The maximum length of a round can vary according to your feeling. It's important to take breaks between rounds, so your body's natural chelating systems do not become overwhelmed.

3. It's best to take chelating easy at first, so you don't overload your system with freed metals.

4. Drink lots of water, take sauna baths, eat foods which help your body produce glutathione and take supplements like selenium, vitamin C and E and zinc to help your body chelate.

5. Replace any silver fillings before you start. It can be really bad news not to do so.

I can't emphasize enough the importance of knowledge in all of this. Definitely find out as much as you can before you try any method.
