MMS(sodium chrlorite) is not going to help with overall wellness in the long run. MMS might help some people in the short run, but can cause gut irritation and nausea in many individuals. There might be some question to how it affects our friendly bacteria as well. Not something to take long term. Type in mms in the search engine for more posts. Same as for borax. Both can be corrosive agents.

Do you get more brain fog after eating more sugar/refined carbs? Might want to try a candida diet to see if it helps.
