Wow I have pretty much the same symptoms, tmj, fatigue, insomnia, etc etc etc! I was going between hypo and hyper thryoid for the past year. Was diagnosed with hashimoto's thyroiditis. Now i think i might have adrenal fatigue.. which might be your case as well... and in a way doctors are right it is due to stress, but that doesnt make it any less of a disease. They just have no clue as to how to heal you from adrenal fatigue nor do they really know how to diagnose it! I also have ovarian cysts i'm dealing with now :( ugh this is so lame!

How are you coping with this? any updates? what do you for your diet?
