Garlic is used as a food by man this is a fact.It does have medicinal uses which makes it very valuable to the human experience.
All plant foods have fiber that is resistant to digestion and pass through to the large intestine.Does this cause denaturing and toxic things?If so what are these things and can they be avoided?
Dr. Fuhrman is a Natural Hygienist why must you separate your ideals from other hygienists?Is this a natural intolerance of reality?
