if your intestines, body cavities, and intra cellular fluids are full of compost piles, then you have bugs in you to compost, eat all the rotted putreyfying waste matter.
Since the 1950's scientists and microbiologists have watched good bacteria morph into bad bacteria without provocation.
It seems like all the people drinking pro bug stuff in plastic containers and plastic bottles have excess weight congestion, candida-pus bacteria filled mucus, sinus congestion etc.
Thier good bugs morphed into bad bugs.

A solution would be, fast for as long as it takes to get rid of the internal compost piles, then you will not need to buy bottles of pro-biotic= pro bacteria. Pro-biotic = pro-bacteria life OR pro-life for the bacteria bottlers bacteria salesmen and bacteria promoters.

Fasting will expell worms bacteria and bugs that eat the fermenting, putreyfying food inside of you.
