>>"Grzbear, micro flora can be had by taking a walk in a garden or forest, you breathe in the micro flora particles."<<
Yes.. you breathe in spores every single day... you probably eat a few too... and they land on your skin. Go barefoot in that forest, dig in the dirt with your hands and get dirt under your nails and do not wash it off... take a mud bath.
>>"Before I started fasting 8 years ago I was a fat sick young slob who ate the ?best? organic meats, lamb, venison, moose, elk, duck, beast internal organs, tons of expensive wild line caught salmon, deep ocean halibut, organic grains, organic dirt vegetables etc., and almost died from excess protein, excess mineral, excess fibrin and excess mucus poisoning. I could not walk 25 to 30 feet without sheer exhaustion. So much for bs health food and the bs protein myth."<<
For you it may have been bs on the health food and protein... but not for someone else.
At this point I would ask what your ancestry was... how did your ancestors including your parents eat? If this was similar to the way they, both your mother and father ate, along with the way it was prepared, I would be somewhat surprised by your results. If it is far removed from the way that one or both ate, then I would not be surprised. We are all different and there is no one sized fits all diet. Some people do very well on the diet you just described.
Of course there are the matters of lifestyle, environment and occupation as well.
And yes... thoughts matter.
