Re: Zapping first thoughts

I am not going to say which brand of zapper I am using because there are far too many people on this website concerned only with brand names and there seems to be far too many arguments and marketing related discussion. Not enough actual feedback on zappers. All you need to know is that I am using a well known brand of zapper.

I did the 7-20-7-20-7 method on 30khz on day 1 using copper handholds. I felt a tingle in my body after the first 7 minute session which dissipated. I also felt some light headedness. I was tired for probably 2 hours after zapping. I zapped beginning at around 1pm and did not sleep during the day. By late afternoon I felt fine. Probably a placebo effect.

No herx reaction or symptoms of any kind today on day 2. I cannot notice any changes at this stage.

My plan is to try 30khz every second day for week 1 and then I will try a different frequency.
