Re: Nutritional Balancing, regarding tolerating supplements

I got really nauseated and depressed when I first began the Endo-Met sups. I was trying to take the full dose and that was just too much for me at first. I have also had major issues w/ tolerating Paramin- when on it i was running to the bathroom with loose stools at least 15x per day.

My practitioner switched me to magnesium glicinate and M.C.H.C calcium to replace the Paramin. In addition to that I take colostrum because i still had some bathroom issues with the high doses of magnesium. Now that all this is worked out I tolerate my protocol really well.
