Haha -- what specialist? My gp was a gut doc and i had the requisite colonoscopy and I'm smooth as silk -- no polyps, not nothing, just perfect.

I went to another doc and was told to try one of those popular fibre thingies out there. I'm not being coy, I really can't remember the name. It worked ONE time gorgeously. Never worked again.

I simply cannot figure out what the hell to do about this.

I get regular colonics. When i stopped, i got into real trouble, meaning I had my fingers up my a$$ getting sh!t out. Literally.

I cannot name a person with a healthier lifestyle than mine.

I am at a total loss.

I stopped dairy TWO weeks ago. Nothing has changed so far. But I will give it more time.

You can see I am determined.

Any more opinions, ideas very welcome. Thanks.
