plzchuckle, i know you've done some great work. i started fruit fasting here in 2004 with mh and have not stopped. fasting is a fantastic method of healing. fasting has been a life saver for both of us.
i found it takes me awhile to get into someones head to see thier 'program error' whats broken in there that needs to be reprogramed so they can succeed at fasting for better health and weight loss.
usually the core of the onion or the program error is they need to want to 'live' and then they need to reconnect to thier own, 'subjective' truth and throw out all the erring mortal mans objective 'special interest' errorful programs that tripped them up. (note, 'objective' data is bad news, people objectify others before they kill them. racists objectified jews, sexists objectify women, objectifiers turn someone into an 'object' removing thier individuality and individual humanity before they kill them! No good! When i hear 'objective' expert bs studies i know it is  $%^%$#, just another erring mortal man)
imo, every mortal man is a liar, only God is true.
I am still breatharianism-ing and having a great time after each pure fast, seeing exactly what each food does to me. All foods are drugs, even fruit.
