I would ask you the same Q I asked the previous poster: What data is there to indicate the level of probiotics before & after an invasive high colonic? What data is there to indicate what, if anything, people should do to replace that good gut flora? Di they even recommend that people try to do so afterwards? I'm guessing they generally don't, if ever.

Just because people get some relief from some problems through high colonics, that does not mean they haven't gotten another insidious problem. As I said above, people with poor gut flora usually have 0 clue they have that condition or that it can cause things like depression and other ailments.

When it comes to bugs we can see them in the toilet, or we can feel the die off. We've got something tangilbe to go by. When it comes to high colonics you can't see what is happening to those good bacteria, or even feel any problems caused by their being washed out. Or, if you have some data to show they are not harmed, I would really like to see it.

You can Google Nature Magazine &/or Dr. Mercola &/or Dr. Marsha Campbell to see some of the health concerns that are being associated with poor gut flora. So I'm not just theorizing here, I'm trying to give some data myself.
