As this has just started to get worse recently, I will tell you what I am trying. I just started rice protein powder to fill in the protein gaps, its supposed to be easily digested and whey is no good for you apparently. I put 2 tablespoons of lechithin in that. Lechithin is supposed to be critical in the repair of cell membranes.. I know it works because half hour after I drink it the brain fog is gone and i can see very clearly, which is when I wonder, are my wrinkles worse, or my eyesight better?...smh. I also take put 2 drops of Lugols with its companions, selenium, b,c, +boron. I take liqid cal mag citrate, liquid hyaluranic acid, vegetal silica, and glutathione. I have been monitoring my hydration with seasalt and lemons, some days are harder than others, but hydration is soooo important, trick is getting water into your cells. I am hoping the lechithin will help with this too.

In addition I have started eating more, healthy fats and proteins. I try to take my supps with my food and take plenty of enzymes and probiotics with them. My biggest problem is my cortisol and sleeping. i have tried ashwaganda the last two nights.. night before last worked great...last night, woke up before i was ready, heart pounding agin. I dont know how you sleep but sleep is critical in body repair and still remains my biggest obstacle... I feel like if I could just sleep for a week straight i'd be golden, this has been going on since last March. I have seriphos, but am scared to take it. I dont know why, it cant be worse than a year of no sleep.. Whether my body will ever recover from that remains to be seen.
I still juice twice a day on an empty stomach. This as I said is my new regimen, I am hoping it helps somewhat, but reading the post below about mercury destroying mineral pathways seems like it doesnt matter what you take if it cant get to where it needs to go....I am worried about osteoporosis, and I am only 36. I do NOT want to be a shriveled up old prune of a 40n yr. old. I intend to beat this. So good luck to you, and keep posting on progress.
Btw.... yesterday, I felt much better than I had for a while.
