After having below average health from my late 20's through mid 40's my health is back in the normal range for my age.

I am no longer on any medications however I am still on a sizable pile of various supplements, mostly for the remaining mild inattentive ADD symptoms.

The most striking improvement was the 8% improvement in bone density of my lower back which previously was unresponsive to treatment with meds and supplements from endocrinologist.

So many of us in the heavy metal groups were thought to have psychiatric problems since we claimed to have a variety of mild-moderate symptoms yet little to nothing was showing up on basic blood tests. I am "fortunate" that my leg broke without contact while just playing badminton with a couple of little nieces and cousins at age 43!

I used the Cutler chelation protocol with support from the frequent dose chelation yahoo group and oversight by my doctor who is semi-natural. He is a member of the institute for functional medicine.
