No no period. Some parasites eat your foods, some parasites eat your waste, some parasites eat you blood, some parasites eat your tissues. And several kinds of parasites can live in others parts of the body than the digestive tube.

Good and bad advice.
Good because it is important to move the parts of the body in order to move the lymphatic fluid.
Bad because "exercise" does not mean anything, there are good and bad movements and some movements are more tiring and hurtful than beneficial.

From my experience, shaking all parts of the body and/or dancing on a rythmic music and/or doing small jumps in all sides are the best exercises to optimise the circulation of blood and lymph and to accelerate the eliminiation of waste.
