Re: cereal causing gb pain

Thanks for responding. I guess the mystery for me is that it only happens once in a while, and most of the time I eat cereal without any issue. I've cut out wheat in the last month to see if that has any effect. My abdomen is less bloated, but gallbladder shows no changes (still occasional pain). I've been eating oat and corn based cereals.
If it is an allergy of some sort, wouldn't it cause irritation every time?
