I went through fatigue similarly, but not for a whole day or two. Keep taking your co-nutrients like mag, selenium, zinc, active-B vitamins (or foods), boron, and a good multimineral. Drink clean water, eat more veggies, fruits, and organic meats, and... drum roll... rest. Give yourself a break, forget your worries, relax, and find ways to remove any pressures in your life.
